That is an old poem Written by Aldo Kraas

The reason I look after my health

Because I don’t plan to be sick

And it is not fan to be sick

The reason I eat healthy

Is because I want to be healthy

The reason i am always woried about me

Is because some times I don’t have enough sleep

And I wake up early at 3 in the morning

I try to go back to sleep

But I can’t

The reason I chose God to be my father

Is because he made me

And he knows everything about me

I also feel that I been blessed by God

I also pray for my God

And he answers my prayers

Also I never starved in my life

Because it was God that gave me some food to eat

And some Coffee to drink
