Carry on

That is a new poem of mine Written by Aldo Kraas

I will carry on with my life every day

I will pray to God every day

And hope that God will answer my prayer

I will change my behavior

I know that I am behaving badly

I know that people will not put up with my behavior

Some people are getting feed up with it

I understand that

Maybe I have to say sorry for behaving badly

I don't know if the people will accept it

I need to meditate every day

Because that will give me energy

That I need

People please understand that I love people

I don't hate people

People you must think that I am an evil person

I am not an evil person

I am a loving person

I just need to control my anger

I get very angry when I am upset

I must make new friends

I have good friends

The friends that I have loves me

And I love them

People I don't hate myself

I love myself

I have to admit, of all the people posting on this site, you show the least understanding of what poetry is.

You don't use poetic language. you write a series of declarative sentences that are more a list than a poem. And, none of makes sense to anyone but you because you provide no context. You talk AT the reader, as if they know what you're talking about.

If you're going to spend that much time writing, and dump so many pieces on the site, why not spend a bit of time learning to be a poet? There are lots of good books on the subject, And sites like Smoop that can help.
