I have too many thoughts on my mind
Because my mind is filled with so many thoughts
Before I judge somebody I will take a good look on the mirror
I will take a look at the mirror when I am shaving
So I have a good shave
I will go through my closet and pick my clothes to wear
I will buy some shoes for me
When I need it
I need more sleep lately
Lately I am not sleeping enough
And every morning I wake up tired
It is terrible to wake up tired
I feel that I take so many medications
Already in my life
September is ending very fast
Soon it will be October
It is fall season now
And the leaves are changing its color
I need to get some winter clothes
Because I don’t have any winter clothes
I don’t have much money to spend
I have money to purchase food 
I do my music therapy
On Fridays
Last Saturday I spent my day 
On Toronto Harbour front
I took the ferry boat
To centre island 
At lunch time I had my hummus with bread
I don’t want to change your mind
I don’t steal some of your freedom
I want to use your mind in exploring some ideas
On how I should improve my life
I just want to say that I have more friend’s now
I go to church on Sundays 
And I love going to church on Sundays
Soon we will change the clock
And we might lose or gain some sleep
