Whenever we are weary

Also we should not stress out

Ourselves about thinks

That we have no control of

Like climate change

Thunder and lightning

When it rains

Also the war over seas

We have control

About our behavior

And our health

Also our sleep

We need sleep

Without sleep

We would not be able to function

Aso when walking outside

We would be like zombies

Also we will have bags under

Our eyes

We must go to bed early

So we can have a proper night sleep

We need to get seven to eight hours

O f we sleep

Also the next morning when we

Wake up we should feel refreshed

When  the morning comes

We should get ready to start the day

And not sleep  in
