Backwards

When your trying to move on but obstacles get in the way

1 step forward, 10,000 steps back,

That's obviously how its supposed to be,

There's no changing that.

Up and down like a mountain,

Unable to control yourself,

Looking like a fountain.

You hear rocks rumbling,

As you feel your world crumbling,

And there's not much you can do to stop it.

Waiting around hoping it slides,

Thinking its just a glitch,

While at the same time,

You think everything you have learnt is all lies.

All you want to do is close your eyes,

hoping things will stop and together things will bind,

But your world isn't ending,

Just the journey you was taking,

Wasn't your time.
