Empty soul

A man with empty eyes and a frown across his face stood in front of a cowering Angel woman. He had a sword special made for killing Angels and Demons. It wasnt made for any other reason and hence it cannot cut humans or any other creature. He carries his own private weapons for that.He is a trained killer.
 

She begged as he stepped closer and raised his sword. With a cold glare in his eye he brings the sword down on the base her neck and shoulder. She gave him a look of sorrow as blood poured from the wound .

Her words were slurring as she said "w-why are y-you...doing this?!! your an Angel too! why would your kill your own kind?"

With the same empty look he stood over her "those are my orders...I do what im told..."

As her life force began to ebb she became angry "Demons...there behind this arnt they ..."

The man replies steps over her " you will never know"

As he turns to leave ,he shealths his sword and hears her last breath whispered to him "some where in that iced over heart...you know what you are doing is wrong...and you dont want to do it.... i-i can still feel the compassion residinf deep in your soul..all thats left to do know is wait and for you to find it....I pray you do" .

Walking out of the alleyway he was in, he sees another woman waiting for him leaning on a sports car

she says"nice job Chad i could smell her fear all the way out her.you take the meaning of your name so well,warrior" she had a deivlish grin on her face as he walked past her heading down the road. "Chad you have new orders your next midssion isnt far from here" her grin grew bigger and a darker as she handed him a picture of a little girl. "she is the daughter of a corparation man that is trying to solve the mystery behind Angels and Demons and other mystic creatures"

Chad looked at the picture it was like hes seen her before but he couldnt remember. He put the picture in his pocket and started to walk again

"dont you want to know why they want the little thing gone?" the woman asked

"no i have orders and thats all i need" chad stated

When he was out of ear shot she called someone "He bought it with out any troubles.hes heading that way now....Ya ill keep a eye on him....no i dont think the little brat will remember him...Ok bye sir" she hung up the phone and jumped in the car. "I never will understand why they do what they do, but there realying on me to make sure there plan goes through smoothly"

"sir he is on his way'a messenger tells lord Soth. Soth just lifts a hand in recognition. Sitting on his Soth is deep in thought. ~He had best not fail us~ looking up he sees the mesenger is still there. Soth says "more news?", the messenger replies "yes sire, lord beliant requests your presence in the war room "soth nodds his head. ~His memory has been wiped but there is still some chance there some residual bits of it left. She was to young when they split so she wont recognise him but he may yet recognise her. I hope we know what there doing~

Soth got up out of his throne and left his private room. He began walking the halls in deep thought. He comes to a stop outside of the war room. The guards placed there saluted and opened the door at his request. Once inside they closed the door and left him to himself. Walking to the main table that had a map on it, he pulls out his meddalion and mutters a few words and the table seperated revealing a viewing portal within it. Taking a seat, he begins to talk aloud to himself "what are you going to do Chad, are you merciless enough to kill a little girl, or are you even smart enough to get to her." siting back and folds his hands "then again, how i got talked into allowing you to become our servent in the first place is beyond me. Its all because of Balient, the old fool." he sighs then stares back into the portal " wed have best be right about you Chad"
