I can still smile 

Inside the storm of my mind 

Embrace the rain 

Taking it all in stride 

I have peace 

Even in the losing 

Never defeated 

Despite the confusion 

I don't know 

But what does it matter 

In the end I come through 

Every disaster 

So break me like the light 

To see my true colors 

I kicked my fear in the teeth 

Now all I can do is wonder 

Still I smile 

Still I breathe 

Still I continue
