Traps set for me

In all of your words

You forget I have feelings

Which you slyly disregard

I slowly lose color

Gently pushed into a corner

You try to trip me up

You are a manipulator

But I know your tactics

I see all your teeth

You think yourself smooth

That you have me deceived

You never touched me

Only caught a glimpse of my face

And yet I’m humiliated

To say the very least

I hope my words made you think

That the silence feels heavy

That you consider your actions

So that one day you’ll be ready

If in you one still resides

If you yourself are built on lies

How quickly you disrespect me

Like a starved wolf with helpless lamb

Yet I am not undefended

As my God protects me with His own hand

I hate to judge so quickly

What you said to me was sickening

I hate that people like you exist
