Parting Yourself

Parting Yourself

A Poem by Alissa Marie Unknown

Always coming and always going
bringing love then turning to hate
confused beyond belief I'll always
have mixed emotions for you.

We've shared a lot and we've done
a lot to which none I won't ever regret.
Only part in which I do and always will
is hurting you.

I thought we'd be able to put the past
behind but throwing it back in my face
was a must. One day maybe we'll never
know you'll be able to actually let things go.

Until then we'll do what we must as long
as its true we'll be okay so I wish the best
of luck to you!
