The Slug

The Slug

A Poem by All 2 Silly

Another silly one

"
THE SLUG

Here and there a sluggish scribble
made by paths of shiny dribble,
Linear glints about the lawn
where gooey slugs have come and gone.

Movements of the slightest bit'll
take a fair amount of spittle
and require scads of time
to travel on these paths of slime.

Nocturnally, the slugs traverse
upon what they themselves disperse,
recording with a gleaming strip
their whereabouts on every trip.
