What's the World Coming To?

Political rant.

War without peace,
death without life.

You turn on the news and all you see is another homicide,
another suicide bomber,
another rapist on the loose,
another child abducted,
another political debate about what our country is headed for.

It's all talk and no action.
What's the world coming to?

I'm sorry to say but I have to agree with your' author's note. This poem was...ehh... not bad, but not incredible. I think what could make it better is if you answered the question that you posed in the last line of the poem. hope that helps
