Thank you, baby

Thank you, baby

A Poem by Alma

your perfect face,

your deep, dark eyes,

I fell for you,

believed your lies.

once again,

love tore me apart,

leaving me blind,

cutting my heart.

I had promised myself,

never again!

it would not deceive me,

would not drive me insane.

too perfect to last,

I was unable to see,

the misery, the blood,

covered in glee.

a nightmare in white,

angelic veil,

stealing my vision,

until I fail.

I thought I was strong,

convinced I could win,

I was sure to be different,

I would not commit the sin.

the knife slid,

it stabbed into my time,

now I am going down,

poisoned with crime.

darkness strikes,

time becomes air,

the digits fall,

I am unable to bear.

revolution complete,

you win the fight,

hell over heaven,

I am blind to light.       -a- (01/29/2007)

Yeah, we all are so weak and vunerable to the powerful thing; Love. No matter if it's real or not, no matter if it's there or not, no matter what; we all fall anyway. Blinded by love? Yes, that's very true

Anyway, it's all good here...
