I promise I'm not suicidal or anything, I wrote this my freshman year of highschool. It was a bit rough and I got creative...

I don't see why
I should stay in this world
My life is a lie
I'm just one simple girl.

Nothing you do
Will keep me awake.
Cause not even you
Will cry for my sake.

Soon they won't complain
As long as they see
That from all this pain
For once I'll be free.

I'm ready to go
There's nothing to say.
I want you to know
There's no other way.

I'll tell you what you are.
I'll tell you what I think.
But now you seem so far
The other side of the broken link.

Good Job. I like the premisis of the poem. Also I liked how well it rhymed. Not many can flow without sounding fake. Overall a good piece. Keep up the good work.
