a quiet rage

A Twisting

A Turning

     my stomach is burning

     with anger and rage

     I just cant contain

This swarming

This storming

     my mind is blank

     this disturbing feeling has finally sank

     in through my stomach and into my soul

     I must admit I've lost control of

This Aggravation

This Frustration

     soon to consume me whole

     I don't know what it is

     But it wont let go
