Crestfallen

Have you ever felt like you're not needed?

Tender spirit, weak esteem
I see my stars go dim
Gone in a day once again
As though I don't happen

The world tends to misplace
My existence that lost its grace
Since I am an underling
Almost a blow of nothing

Nobody wishes to be a loner
Until being alone becomes easier
To disregard fake attention
To shirk a shallow misconception

I hope time is generous
And grant my years to be glorious
For I know what I deserve best
And what I'd gladly serve for the rest

But I'm barely on the ground
I come and go like a distant sound
No one would dare to chase
No one would care to trace

Ummm ..yeah, sounds very intriguing. There's so much mystery behind the words. A mystery of what? A mystery of revealing the pages of life. What a lovey poem. I must say, you've got great knacks. The title's as cold as the cold breezes of winds touching the heart with its coldness. Lovely poem. Well done!

I feel this kabayan, I feel this awful feeling from time to time, I wish I was not a loner myself, but what can i do with my nature? I can only think to be positive about my situation, in someway I hope, or I know things will turn out eventually find in the end... very expressive piece kabayan....
