In My DreamA Poem by Amie RoseWalking up te steps, To the amazingly shiny lights, They blind my dear dear sight, And this becomes not relity, But a dream.
I smell the smoke sourrounding the air, My arm touchd the railing, so could and bare, I carry on walking up the steps, I reach the top and stare, Th croud shout.
I hear my name bein called, I take one foot and move it onto the stage, Electric runs through my veins, And I scream.
The thrill of the moment excite me, Such a thrill, To be able to stand still here, And in my dream... I sing. © 2012 Amie RoseAuthor's Note
