smoked my last cigarette again today

daydrunk indifference cheers hurray

waiting for a sign though not open for surprises

there's not a thing that mediocrity despises

I sleep in merry disregard

floating off in apathy's ark

I hold no worry, gold in my quarry

digging will be done tomorrow

but today I won't be sorry
