The Biggest Lie Of All

A short, three lined poem about the biggest lie of all- that forever is actually forever.

Friends forever,

Better sisters there were never,

And it all fell apart in the end.

Author's Note

Based on a true story, told over and over again in my life. I've learned not to trust "forever" anymore.

I completely releate to this story but unlike you i stupidly still trust forever. But anyway this poem was amazing. For such a short length it held so much meaning and emotion. It kinda remains of where you write a story of one, three or six words and have to portray a whole lot of meaning in those words. You did this with this poem. I loved it
