Ingrediants:
Procedure: Add sliced onion and green chili (cut in round) and sauté well. When it turns brown add smashed potato, turmeric powder and salt. Mix well Remove from fire. Heat the frying pan and apply oil on it. Pour one ladle grinded mixture on the frying pan and spread it evenly. Keep the potato masala in the middle and fold it from both sides.
