What is it like

To feel good enough?

I only know

How to feel inadequate…

 

I’m not good enough for him.

I’m not cool enough for them.

They don’t need me.

I’m inadequate…

 

I don’t see myself

The way my friends see me.

When I look in the mirror,

I feel inadequate…

 

What is it like

To feel good enough?

I’ll never know

Because I’m just so…inadequate.
