Is what we
do
all there
is?
Do we
create
the
universe
in
our minds?
Are our
ways
the only
ways?
Are
the
ways of
this
world
the only
ways of
sentient
existence?
Are we
the
crucible
for future
Universal
governance?
If,
we
are
in fact
the
only
sentient
beings
in this
cosmos
we then
are
setting
the stage
for how the
cosmos
will
be
governed!

The formatting is uncomfortable to read. Shorter lines usually read faster so if you want your reader to think about what you're saying I'd make the lines longer.

Scientists are always looking for existence of other planets and life. Your first sentence sounds it may need more clarification. What we do?

I find actually your formatting very cool. My brain can give any meaning it's lot about freedom and no old fashioned rules. Your poem gave me very wonderful ride thanks for that.
