Crimson Fog

Crimson Fog

A Poem by E.J. Waling

Sailing
through the
crimson fog
to places
never seen.
Soaring past
strange
worlds,
stars,
galaxies
and
time,
I be.
Seeing universes
as they
once were
and yet
to be.
Sliding
through
alternate
realities
seeing all
that could
possibly
be.
Dazzling vistas
as far
the eye can
see.
Sensing only
what my
senses allow.
Knowing,
it be the
tip of
a deeper
reality.
One I
will never
see.
Caged in
my limited
reality I be.
