IntelligenceA Poem by E.J. WalingIntelligence. Intelligence, trapped by the corporeal. Victim of biology. Held in a vessel full of contradictions. Maelstrom of emotions, chemically Induced emotions. Hormone drenched emotional cross currents, holding intelligence in check. Shackled to a prison, a biological prison. Evolving, intelligence fighting to escape. Evolving intelligence ultimately free. Free of any vessel. Free to simply be. © 2019 E.J. Waling |
