Edge

Edge

A Poem by E.J. Waling

Edge.

Living

on the

edge.

Between

what was

and what

will be.

Knifes edge,

slicing trough.

Slicing trough

the ether.

Creating

time and

space.

Along

the way,

laying

down vapors.

Vapors

like memories,

dissipating

in the

infinite.

Rolling into

nothingness.

Rippling

on an

endless

sea.

Endless

sea of

probability.

Narrow.

Existence,

on a narrow

space.

Paper thin

place.

Living on

the edge.
