Time Illusion

Time Illusion

A Poem by E.J. Waling

Time
illusion.
Straight
jacket.
Bounded
tight.
Restricted.
Between
the beginning
and the
end.
Trapped
somewhere
in time.
Where
existence
resides.
Dreams,
illusions.
What
to do?
How to
use?
Sunrise
to sunrise.
Sand pouring
out.
Shadow
Illusion.
Illusion
of existence,
reality.
Just a
mirror
on the
wall.
Times
reflections
wafting
by.
Life passing
quickly.
Racing
toward
a different
time!
