Incomplete

Incomplete

A Poem by E.J. Waling

Incomplete.
Five
senses.
Provided
with.
Used
to survive
the
terrestrial.
Navigate
the jungle.
Terrarium
existence.
What was
needed.
Looking
up, woefully
incomplete.
What’s
above,
not needed
for the
terrarium.
No senses
provided,
evolved.
Beyond,
infinite
in nature.
Staring out.
Bewilderment.
Unprepared
for what’s
to come.
To sense
it all.
