Light

Light

A Poem by E.J. Waling

Light.
Spotlight.
Shinning.
Focused,
surrounded.
Miracle.
Eyes
open.
Immersion.
Watching.
Wondering.
Moving
in a
small
place.
Light
circle.
Bright.
Shinning,
blinding
light.
Limited
space.
Limited
time.
Darkness
stage
left.
Darkness
stage
right.
Darkness
all around.
Trapped
in the
light.
Nowhere
to go.
Time
running
out.
Looking
around.
Fading.
What
to do?
Put
on a
show!
Find
a way
to make
it count.
