Wool

Wool

A Poem by E.J. Waling

Wool.
Manipulation.
Powers
that be.
Eyes
covered,
shielded.
Wool
tugged,
covering
perception.
Look around.
Truth,
mushed,
crushed
underfoot.
Mud
covered.
Deceiving.
Sheep.
Being
led.
Herding.
Direction
perception.
Cloud driven
control.
Lying
deceiving.
Intimidation.
Shut up.
Be quiet.
Tow the
line.
Question
nothing.
Critical
thinking.
Stymied.
Behave.
Opinions
no more.
Not
allowed!
