just a thought i wrote down listening to some of my fav songs

It’s the thrill up your spine
Sweat gliding down
Pictures of a rhythm divine
Token of renown

It are the spasms in your feet
Moves created uncontrolled
Thoughts of an uplifting beat
Notes are unfold

It is only yours to hold
A personal sound
Dancing of a tune controlled
Music so profound

This brings to mind visions of children when they dance. They just go with it, dancing crazy/silly, willy-nilly, because they aren't self-conscious. This is not just a poem about music, it is about freedom from self-imposed rules of behavior. Maybe there is a societal message in there as well? :)

I like this, the approach is nicely done in rhythm and has a lighthearted, fun feeling and the over image
has a smooth consistancy, music is another plane, who can live without it?
