You can tell me your secrets

Share with me your lies

Enlighten me with your first kiss

It was a woman, wasn’t it

Tell me you are bisexual

Comfort me with your thoughts

I encourage you to remember

A secret told

Is allowed to be shared

With one other

But I won’t tell…

I sort of feel like some of your other reviewers, is this person luring someone into telling them their secrets or are they simply announcing that they are a loyal and true friend? It really doens't matter, that little mystery actually makes the poem evocative. You can wonder about the deep meaning forever, which as a writer is what you want.

This is a nice poem. It's very nicely written with a nice flow. But this poem reminds me of a friend who acts like they're your friend and they act all trustworthy, but they end up sharing sharing that juicy secret to everyone in town!lol
