"Good Morning..."

I can taste your skin...
the feel of it
texture of you
the give and movement,
the heat and lil bumps appearing
each lil hair - so soft,
the scent - the musk
softest gleam, not-quite-a-glisten
slightly salted, touched of spice
the shiver... the paused
breath so held -
silence of FOREVER
and all the MORES to be...

and god -
it was just your cheek...

I just realized you have looked at a lot of my work and I haven't done the same. After reading this, I really wish I had done so earlier. This was a captivating read, you were so vivid and really pulled me in with your amazing and flawless imagery. This was quite beautiful, and because it was simply a cheek that was the subject of the poem; in my opinion just adds even more beauty to it. Outstanding job, my friend. Outstanding!
