A Beautiful ReminderA Poem by AndBeForgottenFor the one I cared for...who never noticed
This is the morning that you know That you told me that you loved me But you don't. Now come close Let me see your face One last touch and then you'll go… To bad I don't mean a thing to you I spent two days in last September Oh what a beautiful reminder (All those poems I wrote, they were all for you) Lets take our hears and dust the tears away Prettier faces, up to gaze Skin on skin, face to face Lets all go home and shut the closet Full of hopes we never met And when I see you The lack of color in your eyes You really don't love me any more do you? Enough of reading fiction, all the girls in those books They can't make you fell less alone Now its 5 am, but I know its to late I needed a reason to stay Lets hope our eyes stay open And my legs crossed this way Lets forget those words today. I just want to see your eyes again that way. Passenger seats left for the significant others Your's still empty and cold don't feel discouraged. Maybe we can be alone together For first time in years Its all quite funny Give me more reasons to stay © 2009 AndBeForgottenReviews

So maybe its not the most technical, or well written...but its what He gives me, and anything He gives me is more then enough. "I praise you because I am fear.. more.. |
