My Hearts Change

He brushed in and out of my life for years,

yet i never seemed to notice,

as i traveled through tears of endless rain,

and came upon a thought not so insane,

entering through vision,

this side of him so new,

I allowed my mind this offered clue,

now examinig more clearly,

i stretched through his mind,

and discovered this boy,

one of a kind,

his thoughts so fresh,

yet not easily expressed,

and his loving embrace,

wrapped together like delicate lace,

in a whole he grew,

from what i originally knew,

and now in todays light,

are friendship grew to more,

and i can honestly say,

that are love is set,

to our hearts deepest core.
