I don't know why....

 

Genevieve is like a seashell

Sometimes something lives inside

But mostly just an empty shell

Beautiful, Hard, Lifeless....

 

But......

 

You hear the ocean in an empty shell

Haunting, soothing, soporific

You could listen for hours

Or a lifetime.....

 

Maybe that's why....
