Dear Father

Father, bless them, hold them tight
Guard and rest their souls tonight
You alone have known their need
So to Your throne alone I plead

Bear them up on eagle's wings
Spare their cup from evil things
Guide them safely, Shepherd kind
Refine their faith, protect their mind

Teach their hearts of treasure above
To each impart immeasurable love
I love them, Lord, as You love me
So cover and ward with truths of Thee
