Lonely Suicide

A bit dark... The feeling of being unworthy and unwanted; rejected and lonely; but unable to cry.

Is it enough for me to die,

Lonely and unwanted

In a earth that did reject me

And spurned my need to crawl in it.

Why did it thus deter me

From ending it that night,

When I felt nothing could heal my wounds

But a cold, silent flight,

To the river of broken dreams

And a world plagued with violent screams,

That I could not bear to shed a single tear.

this fantastic, excellent write, it is dark yes, but it's powerful, and there's nothing wrong with dark poetry i write plenty of it myself
