Shopping Daze...

I picked up a few things today...

As of this morning, I have renewed my yearly subscription of Patience.

I finally got around to going shopping, too.

I bought some more Compassion, a bunch more Love, and a whole crate of Understanding.

I even thought about picking up some more Generosity but then I figured, I can always borrow some of that from you.

My Self-Esteem was running a little low and I tried some on and I really liked the way I looked in it.

They had Kindness on sale and, even though you don't need any, I bought a box for you and a box for me, just so we don't ever run out.

Oh, and I got us both a big bag of Tolerance as they had the good kind on the clearance aisle.

 

I feel absolutely wonderful now since I got home and restocked all my shelves!

nice original piece. i wish the world felt this way. like "what?! we are running low on peace?! quick grab uncle sam's credit card and stock up!"

this poem just naturally makes me realize how much money and energy we put into materialistic things that really don't matter and if anything makes us LESS kind, LESS compassionate, LESS patient.
