Sadness

Yep :/

Dear father up above,

Here on Earth I feel no love.

My family hates me.

I am longing to be free.

What am I supposed to do?

I just long to be with you.

They call me a stupid fool.

They are so very cruel.

Why must they have to do this?

I am falling in a black abyss.

Their harsh words make me cry.

There are sometimes where I want to die.

So my father, please take me home.

That is where I want to roam.

I love this poem, the way it rhymes and every thing. Reminds me of my life, at my fathers house. My twin is the one that get the love and I'm the one that is the cast away.

The rhyme is rocky - needs a bit of work. I like the theme and the passion in this. And it is true that this, too, shall pass. Life gets better - I promise.

It's a good write but it could be better, the rhyme seems a little forced but keep it up. :) And hang in there, things will get better. I am insomniac also, it's not fun.
