MIRABELLAA Poem by Annie SAn emergency...Authentic white
blooms flourishing to see the world. Sipping coffee as I see
its revolution, From a secure stem to
a seed so empty and tedious. It has been cloaked,
by its creamy petals, So responsive and
different to the flower, ‘New Love’ The illumination of
its colour gives reflection to my coffee Its smell gives an
outburst of a trivial scent like a baby’s breath.
I watched as the rain
gently dribbles down unto its petals. As the crisp wind
gorged through the branches, Petals struck down
like snow disguised unto my dress. The feeling of
passion wanting to be close. Smiling blissfully as
I touch its delicate petals that were twisted. Thrills of being
intact into my shielded hands, Never being lost or
afraid, but amicable as I carried it away. © 2013 Annie SFeatured Review
