A Poem by Annebelle Ashire

I can't live like this,
This isn't who I am.
You make me feel like I don't exist,
I wouldn't expect you to understand.

You put yourself first, instead of me.
What do you expect to see?
Who do you want me to be?

You've given me every reason to hate.
No, don't bother to fix things,
You're already too late.

You made me do it!
You made me push you aside.
I know you know you lied!

You made me do it!
You made me this way,
I always cry!
All it takes are a few words,
You don't even have to try.

If I'm so invisible to you,
Then I'll show you my vidal side,
Untill I'm realized!

You made me do it!
You put me through this sh(it).

You're my father,
I'm your daughter.
It sure doesn't seem that way.

Go ahead,

One more time,

ASK IF I'M OKAY!
