I'm gawking at computer, looking for a bug in code

my eyes are bloating, I'm trying hard to decode

also trying to decode, what this grumpy manager want from me?

my coherence or my omission 

He is accountable for my appraisal in the end of year

I need to be indefatigable on the road

I'm gawking at computer, looking for a bug in code

I'm master in .net still I'm working on database

life is a game and this is a frozen phase

daily I'm listening stony tough word from client

I'm too bijou but the project is giant

Apart from that manager assigned me daily task 

Is he really concerned for me or just wearing a mask?

I call my dad and told him about my plight

he replied "I'm a manager under some senior managers, right?"

I got him and now I'm trying  even harder to find a bug in the code

this time to concrete my future road

I like this. It's a humorous take on a challenge in your life. As a reader I get to laugh at you for a bit instead of worrying about my own life. That second picture cracks me up. I love the creativity you used. It actually makes it simpler, like a children's book. It's easy to follow and not tiring to read. I don't know anything about coding, but this poem shows how programmers are regular people with everyday problems, trying to get a job done.

The only things I could think of to criticize are the grammar and structure.
The grammar could use some work, but maybe it's not necessary to change it. It adds character.
Something that might add a little more structure or fluidity to this piece is more use of that line "I'm gawking at computer, looking for a bug in code"
I would even change it up with each use. Say something like "I'm gawking at computer, trying harder still to find a bug in code" then "I'm gawking at computer, eyes straining to find a bug in code" and then after you say the project is giant it could be "I'm gawking at computer, tired of looking for a bug in code"
Those are just some ideas.
I love the way you took a somewhat monotonous aspect of your life and used it to spark some creativity. You show the reader coping skills and how to focus on the future when the present gets tedious.

This could not only be connected with work but also with life.
I especially like the pictures and the text change. Made it more interesting to read!
The one about the manager, is so true. People are double faced. They all maybe wearing a mask, we dont know.
