Pent Within

The feelings are kept,

Pent up inside,

Raging throughout,

Uncontrolled,

Unrestrained.

They're kept within,

As the mind ponders,

Upon the feelings,

Upon the thoughts.

This pondering leads,

Nowhere but down.

These thoughts and feelings,

Need to be released.
