Ships

I've seen things, you haven't seen

Ships vanishin' in the Horizon

I have seen things, you'll never see

Burning ships over Orion

I've seen things, you'll never see again

Ships sailing above Heaven

I have seen things, has no one else

Damned ships headin' to Hell

I've seen things, I don't wanna see again

Doomed ships aproachin' me

 

And then with sort of sorrow

I wake up

I take my life

into my hands

but that turns to be

just a face of a coin

and it seems to feel

like s**t and I try to avoid

that corner of that road

that's called Reality!

 

I have seen things, have you ever seen

those ships looking for someone?

I've seen things, no one knows what I've seen

Ships searchin' Heaven and Earth for him

I have seen things, I'll never see again

Ships have already found me

I've seen what I hope you'll never see

Death itself touchin' me

 

So, I take my life

into my hands

but that turns to be

just a face of a coin

and now I can see

that I cannot avoid

that corner of that road

called Reality!

Different approach to either dreams or nightmares. For me, when I lost my baby I was D.O.A. and they brought me back to life. I saw things then I definitely want to see again. I saw Heaven. As for the ships, if they were the old sailing ships, I would love to see them. Valentine
