A Poem by ArielMicheline

she breathes so slowly and i

revel in in the flux her rib cage creates

surrounding that which is so

important to me

armies buried beneath soft freckled skin and i

want very much to run my fingers

down the front lines

setting off bombs as i hash out trails in

her wilderness

napalm sticky and hot slips

from my hand held

flame thrower

you create a war within me

and for that i love you more
