FOXP2A Poem by Touché ArmadaRandom thoughts from a review and what I was reading today, genetics, its astonishing how one small error can strip something so specific.
Choked through a brutal birth canal,
We come our appendages torn off
generation after generation.
Leaving nothing to pluck like
petals with feelings at the roots,
blazing stamen sunsets on stems.
Moths wakening in darkness,
Pixy dust, dazzling moot tones
that hides away the utter plainness.
Inner depilatory dialogues stiffed
To strip away remaining humanity
naked and clothed all at once,
shivering and helpless.
