Head is there on my neck
It's aching, head is down
What's wrong, with my head
Head's calling I'm not well.

Waterfall through nose
Like Niagra or some other
Nose is there, What's wrong
Nose is calling I'm not well.

Shivering body, Shivering
I am under fire, burning
Like log of wood
Crawled under pillow.

I heard about Rhinoceros
Rhinoviruses invading all over my body
Intense war inside, smoke, dust and fire
Eating Rhino, killing and swallowing.

I'm not single
I am plenty, fragments
My body is alien world
Where millions of species live.

Very nice poem, it took a couple of reads for me to figure out what was going on, but that reflects on my reading comprehension more than anything else. I especially like the last section where everything is pulled together, "I am plenty" is a great line.

Best to do a test to see if you have caught Covid! Keep warm, take paracetamol to keep your temperature down, drink a lot of liquids to keep hydrated and light food until you are well again. Hope you will soon be feeling very much better, dear friend...
