No bitterness to spareA Poem by Krithika RaghavanA poetess without any inspiration, surely that's worse than death? My shadow deserted me one day And my poetry failed to write I could but use lips to pray And hope for hope bright
Pieces of poetry left forlorn Looking sad and undigested on paper Tear smudges would adorn What time only corrodes later...
Wonderings of the ancient world And history is so accursed Wisdom can never ever be so pearled Drowning watercan be immersed.
Insane thoughts only fill my mind The brain has no power here If I was searching for what I find, I would have no bitternes to spare. © 2013 Krithika RaghavanAuthor's Note
