Maybe breaking

Losing

Happiness, joy

Faith, maybe dreams

Left with nothing

All there is is intense hurting

On the inside it is burning

Even physically some might lose

Anything

Family, friends

Everything

Losing interests, Losing control

Falling into an endless "pit" or "hole"

Finding comfort in a knife,

Binge and purge

Eating nothing

Anything destructive

Whichever vise someone does choose

Their life becomes something they just might lose

I suspect that you've covered the general jist of it. I really wouldn't know though. I've always been the eternal optimist who is just too darn stuborn to let the evils take over my mind or heart. =)
