the past don't bring me down

I'm not afraid of the past
at least not anymore
there's a bright future ahead
and I can't afford to look back
everything there bring me down
and that is not what I want
its time to leave it behind
and start looking forward
there will be new memories made
Ones with joy and not sorrow
I will focus on that
and not fear yesterday
