Devoid of Love

A depressing poem about fallen love. (i like these kinds)

the night falls with a silent sigh, entwined are we. the emotion for which you lust flares once, then dies, swept away by guilt. all hope must not endure. your love is no more. how could you cause such hurt? shadows surround us, crying, save us from ourselves.

I write these kind of poems, weird right, but it just clicks, I'm not gothic.
